Compare the package with the existing operation
| Layer | Decision to record |
|---|---|
| Platform | Required MT5 configuration, access and supplied interfaces. |
| Client systems | Existing or new client area, CRM and verification workflow. |
| Business connections | Payment, reporting and other external integrations in scope. |
| Data and execution | Source and route dependencies and the owners of those connections. |
| Operation | Hosting, support, recovery and change responsibilities. |
A bundled description does not establish that every connection, contract or permission is included. Ask for a component schedule and explicit exclusions before comparing offers.
Retain working systems when that is the better fit
If the brokerage already operates a suitable client area or CRM, evaluate connecting MT5 to it before replacing the system merely to match a package. Assess the supported interface, exception handling and the maintenance responsibility for that integration.
A new brokerage may benefit from coordinated implementation, but the package still needs an operating owner after launch. Identify who handles a failure that crosses account creation, funding and the platform connection rather than assuming a single sales contact resolves every dependency.
Accept the client journey end to end
Choose representative client and operator workflows. Demonstrate the agreed registration, account, data exchange and reporting steps together with exception handling. Confirm which approvals and third-party commercial arrangements remain separate from the software project.
Use the MT5 deployment brief as the platform baseline, then compare the broader white label and turnkey scope worksheet. Budget the work needed to integrate or replace existing systems using whole-stack cost factors, not only the headline package name.
