Start from the account and instrument model
List the account configurations, instrument groups and execution counterparties involved in the first release. Record the connector and version proposed for each route, together with the party responsible for its configuration. A product-level platform capability does not establish that every route or third-party connector supports the same workflow.
Map the lifecycle from request to acknowledgement and final recorded state. Include the reports used by operations to compare the trading environment with the connected counterparty. The acceptance plan should cover changes and exceptions, not only the first successful request.
Test the actual supported lifecycle
| Lifecycle area | Resolve in the scope | Test record |
|---|---|---|
| New request | Permitted instruments, accounts and route | Correlated identifiers across the connection |
| Subsequent action | Which modifications or cancellations are supported | Expected acceptance or explicit rejection |
| Interrupted connection | How uncertain completion is reconciled | A trace showing the investigated final state |
| Route change | Who may change configuration and when | Approved change, previous settings and validation result |
These checks must be tailored to the selected product. Do not assume support for a particular action from the words “MT5 bridge” alone.
Watch outcomes as well as connectivity
Operational monitoring should distinguish a disconnected service, an instrument-specific problem and a rejected action. Correlate the evidence that belongs to the same request while keeping credentials and unnecessary personal information out of logs. Agree which team investigates each failure type.
- Exercise the selected route with controlled test accounts.
- Check specification and symbol mapping before investigating price or execution differences.
- Validate reconnection and the operator’s reconciliation procedure.
- Record the conditions that pause a release or require a configuration rollback.
Bring the route into the deployment scope
An illustrative bridge deliverable includes the route map, supported-operation schedule, mapping record and acceptance evidence. Hosting, data rights, platform access and the commercial liquidity relationship should be named separately so a connectivity task is not mistaken for a complete broker service.
Use MT5 White Label to define the account and operational model, then connect this plan with the MT5 price-feed review. If the team also operates MT4, retain a distinct test matrix for its existing connector rather than assuming the MT5 test covers it.
