Create an implementation baseline
The first deliverable is a written baseline that the brokerage and delivery team can use throughout the project. Identify the selected platform environment, approved branding, account and instrument schedule, required integrations and operating responsibilities. Record what remains outside the engagement, including third-party approvals and separately supplied services.
Select the platform path through the MT4/MT5 scope hub. This implementation page then concerns delivery of that agreed scope; it does not replace the brokerage’s broader operational or regulatory launch planning.
Use review gates with visible outputs
| Gate | Delivery output | Release condition |
|---|---|---|
| Scope approval | Component map, responsibilities and exclusions | The parties agree what the project is expected to deliver |
| Configuration review | Configured environment and approved mappings | Selected workflows match the agreed baseline |
| Operational acceptance | Test record and unresolved-issue register | The operating team can identify and handle expected failures |
| Handover | Runbook, access schedule and change procedure | Ownership after release is explicit |
A gate should be based on evidence rather than a calendar milestone alone. If a required source, connector or approval is not ready, record how it affects testing and the delivery sequence.
Control changes without losing the original agreement
A new instrument group, CRM workflow or regional access requirement can alter several parts of the project. Record the requested change, affected dependencies, testing implications and commercial impact before it is introduced. Keep the original baseline so the team can explain what changed.
- Assign one accountable reviewer for each acceptance area.
- Separate defects in the agreed scope from requests for additional functionality.
- Track unresolved issues with owners and release decisions.
- Keep an agreed method for pausing or reversing a release.
Accept a handover the brokerage can operate
An illustrative delivery pack contains the current environment inventory, mapping schedules, integration evidence, access responsibilities and the operational runbook. It should explain normal operation as well as the response to a failed dependency. A slide saying “deployment complete” is not a substitute for those records.
For MT4 White Label and MT5 White Label, confirm the project’s current platform rights and administration boundaries in the written proposal. After acceptance, ongoing support, maintenance and future migration remain defined services with their own owners and scope.
